Payments for paid hosting must be made in advance. Refunds are only issued in cases of service failure not caused by user actions. Fraudulent disputes or chargebacks will result in account termination.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We may provide automated backups, but we do not guarantee data recovery. We are not liable for data loss due to hardware failure, software bugs, or user error.
Free hosting users receive community-level support only. Paid hosting users receive priority support. Harassment or spamming staff will result in suspension.
Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or damages resulting from use of our services. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the current billing cycle.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. Termination may occur without prior notice in cases of severe abuse.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maharashtra, India.
